about

Quartersized presents his latest release CERN

Inspired by the research carried out by the European Organization for Nuclear Research at the hi-tech CERN research centre. CERN sees Quartersized split off into 2 new directions.

The first 2 tracks Stepping Into CERN and Higgs Boson I Love You! are heavily influenced by the UK dubstep scene and are deliberate attempts to make nuclear research be an unlikey dance-floor hit.

The other 2 tracks Dark Matter and The Machines are the first time Quartersized has purely used VST synths to create his music, no sampling just pure programming. These 2 tracks are atmospheric visions of the work of the mass of technology at CERN.
